We specifically work with Small Businesses and design plans such as Business Overhead Expense, Key Person Insurance, Life and Disability Buy Out Plans for their Shareholders Agreements. If needed, we also set up and implement their Group Employee Benefits from Traditional Group Plans to Private Health Services Plans (PHSP), Adminstrative Services Plans (ASO) and/or Health Spending Accounts.
